    Thirty minutes. You describe how the operation runs. We’ll usually build something small and working while you watch, so you can see what this looks like before you spend anything.

    Walk.

    We go through your operation, remotely or on site. Every process, every handoff, every spreadsheet.

  3. 03

    Map.

    You get a written map: every process, what it costs in hours and dollars, what can be automated, sequenced by what pays back first. Each item priced. It’s yours whether or not you build anything with us.

  4. 04

    Build.

    Fixed scope, fixed price, fixed date. You see working pieces every week. There is no reveal at the end.

  5. 05

    Run.

    The system goes live, your people get trained on it, and it stays current as the business changes.

Most jobs run remote. When the job needs boots on the floor, we come.

A walkthrough runs on a screen share, a phone camera in your operator’s hand, and whatever documents you already have. That is the same thing we are about to build for you. Some jobs need us in the building, and for those we get on a plane.

You already have software. We are not here to replace it.

Most operations this size are not missing an ERP. They are missing the four things the ERP never covered, and those four things are running on a spreadsheet that one person maintains and nobody else fully understands.

Ripping out a system that works costs you a year and a number with too many zeros in it. We do not do that. We build what is missing, connect it to what you already run, and leave your ERP alone.

If you do not have one, and you do not want one, we will build the whole thing instead. That is your call, not ours, and we will tell you which of the two is cheaper for you.

We price against the value of what the system replaces.

Not hours. How fast we work is our problem, not your budget. Every job is quoted on its own, against what the system is worth to your operation.

Once a system is live, an annual licence covers hosting, support, upgrades, and the changes that keep it current. It is the same rate for everyone, and you see both numbers in writing before you commit to anything.
