Five steps, and you can stop after any of them.
-
01
Talk.
Thirty minutes. You describe how the operation runs. We’ll usually build something small and working while you watch, so you can see what this looks like before you spend anything.
-
02
Walk.
We go through your operation, remotely or on site. Every process, every handoff, every spreadsheet.
-
03
Map.
You get a written map: every process, what it costs in hours and dollars, what can be automated, sequenced by what pays back first. Each item priced. It’s yours whether or not you build anything with us.
-
04
Build.
Fixed scope, fixed price, fixed date. You see working pieces every week. There is no reveal at the end.
-
05
Run.
The system goes live, your people get trained on it, and it stays current as the business changes.
Step three
Every process, what it costs, and the order it pays back in.
We price against the value of what the system replaces.
Not hours. How fast we work is our problem, not your budget. Most engagements land between five and six figures.
Once a system is live, an annual license covers hosting, support, upgrades, and the changes that keep it current. It’s priced as a percentage of what was built, published and the same for everyone.
Terms
We keep the code. You keep your data and your freedom to leave.
If you’ve been through an ERP implementation, you know exactly what that list is promising not to do to you.
What we commit to in writing
- No license audits. Ever.
- No annual increase beyond a stated inflation adjustment.
- No forced upgrades on your production floor.
- Your data is yours. Export all of it, any time, in an open format, no fee.
- Thirty day exit, no penalty.
Every one of these is in the agreement, not just on the website.
