Privacy.
Short version: we collect what you type into the booking form, we use it to reply to you, and we do not sell it or share it.
What we collect and why
When you send the form on the booking page we collect your name, company, role, email address, roughly how many people you have, and what you told us is currently run on a spreadsheet or a whiteboard.
We also record the time you sent it and the IP address it came from. That is used only to stop automated spam.
We use all of it for one thing: replying to you and preparing for the walkthrough. It is not used for advertising.
Where it goes
The form sends an email to hello@pragmabuild.com and writes a backup copy to a file on our server that is not reachable from the web.
The site runs on Hostinger. It sets no advertising cookies, runs no analytics, and carries no tracking pixels or chat widget.
Fonts are served by Google Fonts, which receives your IP address as part of loading them. Nothing else on the page contacts a third party.
How long we keep it, and how to have it removed
Enquiries are kept while they are useful and reviewed yearly.
You can ask what we hold about you, ask for it to be corrected, or ask for it to be deleted. Email hello@pragmabuild.com or call 250-863-8881 and we will action it.
