Short version: we collect what you type into the booking form, we use it to reply to you, and we do not sell it or share it.
What we collect and why
The booking form asks for two things: your email address, and the thing that costs you the most time. Your name, your company, your role, your mobile number and roughly how many people you have are optional. We only ever get what you choose to type.
We also record the time you sent it and the IP address it came from. That is used only to stop automated spam.
We use all of it for one thing: replying to you and preparing for the walkthrough. It is not used for advertising.
Where it goes
The form sends an email to hello@pragmabuild.com and writes a backup copy to a file on our server that is not reachable from the web.
The site runs on Hostinger. It sets no cookies, uses no analytics service, and carries no tracking pixels or chat widget. The type is served from our own server, so opening a page here contacts nobody but us.
We do keep a plain count of what happens on the site: how many people saw a page, how far down it they read, which problem on the list they touched, and how many started the booking form against how many sent it. It is a number going up and nothing else. There is no cookie, no identifier and no IP address in it, so it can never say what one person did.
How long we keep it, and how to have it removed
Enquiries are kept while they are useful and reviewed yearly.
